Max Davies

Max Davies joined CarExpert in 2024 after completing a Bachelor of Media and Communications at La Trobe University. He began his career with a three-year cadetship at his local newspaper in regional Victoria, before turning his focus to cars.

Inspired by his dad’s Subaru WRX and interest in rallying, Max has a particular love for Japanese performance cars. He’s also a dedicated motorsport fan – especially F1 and motocross – and even dabbled in cross-country dirt biking himself.

Away from work, Max is either behind the drum kit or tinkering with his 2018 Subaru WRX STI and 1988 Toyota Celica.
