MG ZS Comparison
The new MG ZS is a small SUV available in New Zealand from $27,990 (MLRP, excl. on-roads) for the Excite Turbo variant and topping out at $38,990 for the Essence Hybrid+ variant.
There are 5 variants of the ZS available in New Zealand and this generation went on sale in mid-2026.
The new ZS is offered with a 10 year, 250,000 km warranty.
Engine options for the MG ZS include 1.5L in-line 4-cylinder turbo (125kW/275Nm), 1.5L in-line 4-cylinder hybrid (84kW/150Nm) and 1.5L in-line 4-cylinder hybrid (115kW/230Nm). Available with automatic continuously variable transmission, automatic continuously trans with manual mode or 3-speed automatic with manual mode transmissions. All variants feature front-wheel drive.
