The new Ford Ranger is a ute offered in cab-chassis (extra or double-cab) or pick-up (extra or double-cab) body styles available in New Zealand from $54,990 (MLRP, excl. on-roads) for the XL variant and topping out at $98,490 for the Raptor variant.

Engine options for the Ford Ranger include 2.0L in-line 4-cylinder turbo (125kW/405Nm), 2.0L in-line 4-cylinder turbo (154kW/500Nm), 2.0L in-line 4-cylinder turbo (150kW/500Nm), 2.3L in-line 4-cylinder turbo hybrid (207kW/697Nm), 3.0L v6 turbo (184kW/600Nm) and 3.0L v6 turbo (292kW/583Nm). All variants feature 10-speed automatic with manual mode transmission. Both 4x4 and rear-wheel drive configurations are available.
