The new Toyota HiLux is a ute offered in cab-chassis (double-cab) or pick-up (double-cab) body styles available in New Zealand from $49,990 (MLRP, excl. on-roads) for the SR variant and topping out at $63,990 for the Adventure variant.

The new HiLux is offered with a 3 year, 100,000 km warranty.

Engine options for the Toyota HiLux include 2.8L in-line 4-cylinder turbo (150kW/500Nm), 2.8L in-line 4-cylinder turbo (150kW/420Nm) and 2.8L in-line 4-cylinder turbo hybrid (150kW/500Nm). Available with 6-speed automatic with manual mode or 6-speed manual manual transmissions. Both rear-wheel drive and 4x4 configurations are available.
