Lamborghini is an iconic Italian manufacturer of high-performance luxury supercars and SUVs, founded by Ferruccio Lamborghini in 1963. The brand is globally recognised for its bold, wedge-shaped designs and powerful engines, ranging from the historic V12-powered Diablo and Aventador to the modern V10 Huracan and the Urus Super SUV. In New Zealand, Lamborghini is officially represented by Lamborghini Auckland, part of the Giltrap Group, which serves as the nation's sole authorised retailer and service centre.

The brand has a notable history in the country, including setting a New Zealand land speed record of 355.485km/h in 2012 with a modified Gallardo Superleggera. Lamborghini is currently transitioning towards an electrified future, recently launching the Revuelto V12 plug-in hybrid flagship and the Temerario V8 hybrid, with plans for a fully electric model by 2028.
