Smart is a premium all-electric automotive brand that has recently entered the New Zealand market through a joint venture between Mercedes-Benz and Geely. Originally famous for the ultra-compact Fortwo city car, the brand has been completely reinvented to focus on a new generation of electric SUVs.

The local lineup features the Smart #1 compact SUV and the Smart #3 sports utility coupe, both designed by Mercedes-Benz in Germany and engineered by Geely in China. Distributed in New Zealand through the Armstrong's dealer network, the brand emphasises sustainable urban mobility, advanced technology, and high-performance variants developed in collaboration with Brabus.
